Starting weight was 150, now I’m down to 135!!! Healthy eating is paying off! I have a problem with my sugar so I must maintain it always. I am eating more greens, complex carbs (to give me energy) and because I am a hard core snacker, I have traded in my cookies, chips, cheese danishes (yeah it was that bad) for nuts, fruits and veggies.
